I've been a member of the Bay Pointe team and I enjoying working with everyone. I find it very rewarding seeing the residents happy and being the best them. These group of people I work with are very dedicated to keeping the resident safe, well and happy. Each person works together well and are a great team.

My mother was at this facility from Jan 2016 until she passed in Feb 2018. This facility is fantastic, from the administrators to the nursing staff to the physical therapist the kitchen and maintenance staff, as well. They took such good care of my mother, I could not have asked for a better facility to place her in (and she has been in others that I would not recommend anyone). They took time her especially when she stopped feeding herself. They actually cared for the residents as if they were family. Thank you for care you gave my mother and our family.

My mother was recently at Bay Pointe rehab for a month following a fall. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff were encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable. She left there a month later much stronger than when she arrived. The admissions staff was very pleasant and eager to help me out during a difficult time.
